Come wine & dine with us at Moments  for the Sip & Sear Cooking Experience! Our classes are always filled with Pop & Sizzle. Please don't miss out on this AMAZING experience. What is Sip & Sear?

 Sip & Sear is an exclusive cooking class for people who are looking to learn new techniques along with having an awesome time. With great music & unlimited sangria, you will be sure to tap into your inner Marcus Samuelsson. Your 3 hour experience will be taught by Cuisine Specialist, Chef K.B. Bring your date, a friend, or come as a group 

What is Included?

 Every admission ticket to your Sip & Sear includes hands on technique training from our Cuisine Specialist. All class supplies; personal cook top, basket of food items & aprons. Unlimited beverages including sangria with the option to bring your own. When the class is done, everyone will sit & enjoy their creation.  

How much is the class?

The price of each class is based on the protein of the main course. Dishes that contain Chicken start at $60 & Steak/Seafood/ Combo $70.  

Is experience required?

 Nope! Not to worry, we have an experienced Chef ready to guide you towards creating your masterpiece. Sip & Sear is for anyone 21+who wants to cook while having an awesome time.  

Can I book a Sip & Sear Party?

Absolutely! Celebrating a birthday, or a couple's night out? All you need is a total of 10 people.  Children's class are also available. Group rates are available.

Bottomless Sangria

Shrimp & Chicken Andouille Sausage Creole

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 
  • 8 oz tomato sauce 
  • 8 oz andouille sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 large green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place oil in pan over medium heat; cook and stir tomatoes, onions, celery, green pepper, red onions, and sausage mixture for 5-6 minutes until sausage begins to brown.
  2. Stir in paprika, cumin and cayenne; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in shrimp
  4. Add cooked rice and stir to combine. 
  5.  Season with salt and black pepper.
